An Insurgency by all Accounts and Definition
Unfortunately, there are quite a few delusional and deranged individuals who would debate that we are living under tyranny. That, my friends, is laughable.
EXCERPT:
This past week, as we celebrated our 249th American Independence Day, progressive socialist leftists were continuing their insurgency across our United States of America. Now, there may be those who would say that America began as an insurgency movement, and you would be correct. However, upon reading the entire Declaration of Independence, one can ascertain the usurpations and grievances that the American colonists had against the British monarchy, which had grown into an imperial tyranny.
Unfortunately, there are quite a few delusional and deranged individuals who would debate that they are also living under tyranny. That, my friends, is laughable. The progressive socialist leftists should take a gander at the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, our rule of law. It is not tyranny when the federal government operates under the Supremacy Clause as it states:
“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States (federal government) which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States (federal government), shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby; any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”
